Thank you for choosing Calvary Christian Church's Media and Marketing Team to bring your event to life. We are a ministry designed to assist Connect Groups, Service Groups, and overall church wide programming. Please read the form instructions in it's entirety. 

IMPORTANT: PRINTED MATERIALS & EXPENSE REQUESTS

As part of the Media + Marketing process, Media + Marketing will create the graphic needs for requested printed materials, including but not limited to:

• LED Wall Announcement Flyers

• Postcards

• Social Media Flyers

• Banners

• Posters

• Flyers

• Invitations

• Signs

Please Note: Media + Marketing is responsible for creating and preparing approved graphic materials; however, Media + Marketing is NOT responsible for obtaining printing quotes, coordinating printing services, placing print orders, or submitting payment for printed materials.

The ministry, department, or individual requesting printed materials is responsible for following Calvary’s established expense request and payment procedures to obtain approval and coordinate the official order and payment for all printing needs.
